15 years of helping organisations excel

At this, our 15th anniversary, we look back on some amazing highlights of working with some inspiring and interesting organisations helping them to understand and engage their people.

It’s been an exciting journey and as we reflect it feels right to thank the people who have helped to make The Survey Initiative the go-to firm for staff surveys, 360 feedback surveys, pulse surveys and overall expert employee survey services, making it the employee research organisation it is today. Past and present colleagues and those that have played supportive consulting roles – your contribution is much appreciated. Past and present clients (many of which have been with us from the early years), it has been so rewarding to help you all on your journey to better understand your people. Many of you have helped to shape The Survey Initiative into the business it is today with your challenges to build something new.
