The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Provide your employees with the materials needed to make a short film about a typical day at work. Request that they concentrate on the areas within their remit that not only work well, but areas that perhaps do not. Once you have a collection of films, put them together to make one longer movie.  This can then be shown in staff meetings or team building exercises – don’t forget to provide the typical cinema style refreshments!

This activity can be used to allow your employees to have a good look at themselves and the organisation.  Encourage your staff to discuss the films with colleagues and make sure you advertise the activity and its outcome across your organisation.
