Another Addition To Our Growing Team

If you’ve been keeping up with all our blogs so far this year, you will know that our company has been fortunate enough to experience rapid growth over the past 12 months.

This has meant that our team has had to grow and develop to meet the demands and challenges that the increase in business has given us.

So today, we’re very pleased to introduce you to our latest team addition, Katherine.

Katherine is a consultant and occupational psychologist.

What makes people tick is something Katherine is particularly interested in, especially looking at why some managers, when it comes to managing their people, get it right whilst others get it so wrong. It’s this interest that has lead Katherine to gain degrees in psychology and occupational psychology.

Katherine’s expertise currently lies in working with organisations and their people to help them realise their capabilities and get the best performance possible and has gained knowledge and experience working on various employee engagement projects.

Katherine works with us to provide our clients with follow-up consultancy and advice, including workshops, facilitation, development and assessment.

Katherine likes nothing more than…. lying on a beach in Goa, or failing that putting her creativity to use with her sewing machine making bunting, bags and gifts for friends.

We’re thrilled to have Katherine on our team and look forward to working with her closely.
