Wearing It Pink!

It’s Breast Cancer Now’s #WearItPink day today but we did it a couple of days early so that we could all take part!

Everyone went all out. Those in the office added a bright pink streak to our hair. Jaime wore director chic, Maddy wore some awesome pink eyeshadow to match her blouse, Dec was head to toe in a dusky pink and Katherine literally wore everything she had that was pink – whether it went together or not and ended up looking like something from Flashdance. There’s always one!

Our morning work was competed whilst listening to pink themed artists which of course included Pink!, Pink Floyd, Blackpink and Pink Martini. At lunchtime we all ate cake and Jaime hosted the Wear it Pink quiz – the winner of which was Gary via Teams. He was feeling under the weather so was working from home and whilst he wasn’t wearing pink he had the Wear it Pink video call background!

We’ve also been running a sweepstake to win a bottle of pink rose and a pink box of chocolates and invited all our workplace neighbours to take part, as well as friends and family. Our thanks to everyone who supported us – especially Bocking Homes. We look forward to drawing the winner next week.
