EDI Training

Last Friday, we were fortunate enough to receive EDI training from the experts at In Professional Development. As a research company undertaking employee surveys that may include an element of EDI, or are wholly EDI based, we understand the importance of staying ahead of the game, and this training has helped us do just that.

EDI Training

The EDI training session covered everything from legislation around EDI to recognising and tackling unconscious bias. We also learned about being an ally and how we can do our part to promote diversity in both our workplace and with our clients. It was an engaging and insightful session that helped us assess where we stand and how we can progress further. We highly recommend it to anyone looking to upskill in this area.
