Scania GB
Scania is a major supplier to British industry of trucks, buses, coaches and engines for industrial and marine applications. Additionally, the company provides a wide range of complementary and ancillary services in support of its products and customers through its 90-plus-strong network of service centres. In 2012, Scania’s share of the UK heavy truck market was 16.1% and its combined bus and coach market share amounted to 7.6%. It currently has over 1,400 employees across more than 40 Depots throughout the UK with a Support Centre in Milton Keynes and a leading training centre in Loughborough. We will be working with Scania (Great Britain) to deliver a bespoke piece of employee engagement research and survey.
Low & Bonar
Low & Bonar PLC is an international group manufacturing and supplying a wide range of products to the Performance Materials industry. It is a global business, supplying yarns, fabrics and fibres to a broad range of end markets including civil engineering, building products, transport, sports & leisure, agriculture and other industrial applications. Employing over 2,000 people across multiple countries we are working with the Health, Safety & Environmental Director to deliver a Health & Safety survey as part of a detailed, wider Health & Safety strategy.
DACS
Established by artists for artists, DACS (Design and Artists Copyright Society) is a not-for-profit visual arts rights management organisation. Founding artists such as Eduardo Paolozzi, Susan Hiller and Elaine Kowalsky set up DACS 28 years ago to protect artists’ rights and ensure they are recognised both financially and morally. We are working alongside the Human Resources Manager to deliver a tailor employee engagement survey to help them understand what is engaging and disengaging their employees after a period of considerable change.
Giant Group
Based in London, Giant Group is industry-leading provider of workforce management solutions, including umbrella employment and HR back-office solutions. We are working with their HR Team to deliver their first ever employee survey – the aim of which is to gain a deeper understanding and insight into what is engaging their people with a view to implementing positive changes as a direct results of employee feedback.
