We really look forward to getting client feedback – good or bad it’s invaluable. It not only helps us to improve our offering but can also really brighten our day. We value every piece of feedback we receive from our clients – we even keep a log (for ISO 9001 Quality).
Our dedication to providing a great client experience is at the core of everything we do. From the moment we’re contacted, we aim to exceed expectations. So it stands to reason that we like to ensure that our clients can have their say by sending them a feedback survey (of course!) at the end of a contract. Amongst other questions, we ask for one word to describe us based on the clients’ experience.
