Jaime Johnson
Jaime founded The Survey Initiative in 2006 following a career in employee research. She heads up the data analysis team and is dedicated to creating employee research solutions that deliver real results. She has recently become a Certified Member of the Market Research Society (MRS).
Gary Cattermole
Gary has been overseeing employee research at The Survey Initiative for over 20 years. He takes the time to listen to clients’ needs and creates bespoke solutions to help implement positive organisational change. He’s been in the industry for over 30 years’ and is passionate about employee engagement.
Emily King
Emily joined us an apprentice in 2023 after successfully completing her A Levels. During her time at sixth form, she was also honoured with the title of Best Business Student of 2022 by Pearson Business School. Emily wanted to further enhance her business knowledge whilst gaining experience in the work environment, and the apprenticeship has enabled her to do both. Emily has a keen interest in helping others and the role has allowed her to support both the research team but also work on a variety of projects that provide valuable insight to our clients.
Declan Heffernan
Declan developed a keen interest in research while studying Marketing & Advertising at the University of Hertfordshire, gaining skills and knowledge in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis. As a new addition to the research team at The Survey Initiative, he will be using these skills to run online surveys as well as analysing and reporting on the results.
Nicholas Prazzino
With a First Class degree in Psychology and over eight years’ experience in retail, Nick brings a unique blend of commercial insight and people understanding to his work. His background spans customer experience, team leadership, and business development, and he now applies that expertise as part of our research team – helping organisations create more engaging and productive workplaces. Nick is always looking for ways to improve outcomes for both people and businesses.
Euan Hawthorne
Euan joined us in August 2024, bringing with him experience in higher education, research, and customer service. Before joining the team, he worked as a placement administrator at the University of Suffolk and held a research assistant role at the University of Leicester. With a BA (Hons) in Sociology and a strong interest in how people think and work, Euan supports our research projects by helping turn data into meaningful insight for clients.
Katherine Alexander
Katherine honed her marketing skills in the IT, construction, education and marine industries and now marries both her factual and people focused experiences. She applies her expertise to raising awareness of the potential and benefits that employee engagement research has to offer.
Carol Barnes
Carol, a Chartered Psychologist, is passionate about helping individuals and teams maximise their potential. As an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, Carol applies current research and thinking to her work as coach and facilitator. Living in and loving southern Italy, Carol continues to be there for clients, helping them to get the best from The Survey Initiative 360 Feedback reports.
Katherine Reid
Katherine is intrigued by what makes people tick. Her curiosity into what motivates each one of us to perform at our best has given her an unrivaled passion for her subject. She has a broad experience and range of skills to offer from 360 degree feedback surveys to psychometric testing, as well as designing behavioral development interventions to hosting focus groups.
