A 1:1 feedback session gives managers and leaders an opportunity to explore their employee survey results with an experienced professional. Here one of our team of experts will enable the delegate to gain a clear picture of what’s going on in their organisation/department.

We provide a safe space to consider the survey results, discuss a delegate’s thoughts and test their assumptions. By the end of the session a delegate will have a clear understanding of how to communicate the results with the organisation/team and how to move forward.

Many employee surveys will reflect upon management technique. Here we can discuss with a delegate how to develop their management/leadership style. Our facilitators are experienced at managing 1:1 feedback sessions and will provide impartial insights and experience to help nurture and build confidence in managers and leaders.

We have over 20 years’ experience running employee and employee engagement surveys. We’re also highly adept at supporting leaders and managers to implement change that boosts the employee experience and business performance.
