The Return of Ralph
We are delighted to welcome Ralph Sutcliffe back into the fold at The Survey Initiative. Some of you may remember Ralph from his five-year stint with us over two years ago but for those that don’t, Ralph is a highly experienced research practitioner and now joins us from a research company within the construction sector.
His vast experience both in survey design and implementation, and in software development generally and of the working practices within TSI will mean that he hits the ground running. His unique skill set blends seamlessly with those of the rest of our team, helping to develop our service offering still further.
Ralph said: “It’s been a couple of years since I left the company and I’m so happy to be re-joining the team. I’m excited to be back working with Gary and Jaime, and I’m looking forward to getting to know my new colleagues. I’m also looking forward to learning more about the survey platform developments as well as the new processes and procedures that have been implemented since I left. It’s great to be back at TSI, and I already feel at home”.
Ralph re-joins us a research director and will be in charge of the research team, project managing all client surveys. He brings experience, passion and a ‘can do’ attitude. Like the rest of the team, he likes to feel that he is making a difference – always taking great pleasure in seeing clients’ engagement scores rising year on year and playing a small part in helping to make people’s everyday working lives a little bit better.
In his free time, Ralph and his wife love to plan road trips around Europe. He enjoys keeping fit, eating out and being a committed supporter of Cheltenham Town Football Club .
